I’m not to happy with your company at this time I recently bought a PC system. I was told I was getting a 250GB hard drive,what i received was a 223GB drive. You need to be more careful when you sell equipment that you tell your customers exactly what they will realy get.

We hear this from time to time –
I’ve bought everything from TigerDirect that I now use in my Music Profession. From my complete PC, necessary Hardware & Software, to my new Flat Panel 20″ WideScreen. TigerDirect’s Sales, Fast Delivery, and Customer Service on the Phone, has been absolutely SPARKLING! I recommend TigerDirect to anyone. From people who are novices, to people who are Professionals with their own Businesses! You can definitely TRUST TigerDirect.com. I wasn’t all impressed at all with that other company, whos name starts with a “D” and ends with an “L.” TigerDirect even stick with me on the phone even when I was having “Computer Dummy” problems, after I had purchased my PC! The only true DUMMIES, I know are those who DON’T choose TigerDirect.com
Another thing I especially like about TigerDirect.com is: “TigerDirect,” doesn’t “Farm-Out” their Customer Service Dept! Which is to say: “You can understand the people who are trying to assist you on the phone.” Because, they speak YOUR NATIVE TONGUE. This ain’t a racist statement! This is a logical & reasonable statement concerning “Customer” “Service.” If you can’t even understand the “BROKEN SPEECH,” of the person who’s on the other end of the phone conversation, (their foreign accent, etc.) how in the world can they HELP YOU?
I had a really great experience at the chicago store on Elston Ave. yesterday. I live 68 miles away and drove to the store Thursday to see if there was a good overstock deal on a computer because I had some work that had to get done. I found an eMachine I liked as an”open box” deal [but really there was no box.] I took it home and it kept looking for the kiosk. So Friday I drove back there and explained the issue to RAY at the Tech Desk. He said he could fix it, come back in two hours. I explained that I lived 68 miles away and if I waited two hours I would be in the rush hour traffice. You know what he did? He took care of it right then!! Who gives you this kind of service? I was AMAZED!
On the way out I stopped to tell the manager how I appreciated Ray’s extra effort- what a dufus he was- he had a blank look on his face and said “uh, yeah, OK.” Huh?
