		<description><![CDATA[Unless you have the board and cpu already, first you should at least consider going with AM2 models of the motherboard/cpu.  Since they are roughly the same price and more future ready with DDR2 ram.
As for the case, go with the CoolerMaster Centurion 5 it has ample cooling and all the drive bezels are a nice mesh where you could even throw another fan if you want.
As far as the operating system it ultimately depends on what you are planning on doing.  Unless you have an absolute need for a 64bit OS, don&#039;t bother.]]></description>
