level-one-router.jpgHey guys it’s WilG again I’ve got a new product that I’d like to recommend to you. I know there’s a ton of wireless routers on the market, but the LevelOne WBR-6000 wireless N router caught my attention last week.

The LevelOne WBR-6000 Wireless router features the new 802.11N protocol that offers up to 300Mbps of wireless connection when used with wireless N clients. This router is also 802.11b and 802.11g compatible so you should have no worries about your old B and G cards.

This router also offers exceptional range with 200 meters (~600ft) of indoor capacity and 400 meters (~1200ft) outdoors; so you’ll have no problem using your laptop on your patio.

The security features are great on the WBR-6000; you get 64/128-bit WEP encryption along with WPA and WPA2 (PSK AES and TKIP). This wireless router also offers you MAC address filtering along with the ability to hide your network’s SSID. With the WBR-600, you also get URL Filtering, Scheduling and User Groups that allow you to control the content and the websites that your users are allowed to see. This is great if you are running a small business or if you have kids at home.

One of my favorite features in the LevelOne WBR-6000 has to be the QoS capability.
QoS stands for “Quality of Service” which allows you to prioritize traffic. So if you are a gamer you can set the router to prioritize your on line gaming traffic for better, lag-free, performance.
