My slimline s3420f desktop worked very well for about 4 months, then the motherboard dies. Three weeks gone for shipping, repair and return. One week working fine again, boom!, motherboard gone again. HP told me that this is the first time that they have heard of such a situation where the motherboard has malfunctionned twice in one month (4 days of use after repair actually). It just blows my mind. So now I have to wait another three weeks or so to use my very unreliable HP PAVILLION SLIMLINE DESKTOP COMPUTER S3420F. It worked long enough to past the point of no return (refund) and that’s it!
