Do not buy Silo TVs at Wal-Mart or any other store, period. I had a huge problem with my Silo Digital flat screen TV after about 1.5 years. My TV is a different model, LTV-32PRM, but other people with the LTSL3220 model has had the same issues as me. The warranty is only for a year but most people complain of having the same problem after a year or 1.5 years. My TV may turn on or it may not, but, even if it does turn on, the screen goes black and the sounds goes off. The TV is useless; you can’t watch or hear anything. I called Silo Digital twice, 888-933-7456 and the people say they don’t know anything about the problem with the TVs. http://www.silodigital.net/contact.php. They won’t repair or replace the TV because it is out of warranty. I have not been satisfied with the TV or their customer service and I Will Never Buy Another Silo TV again. Spend a few more dollars and buy a better TV. In the long run, I’m having to pay for expensive TV repairs. I could have just bought a better TV to begin with and avoided the hassles of the TV failure and now the hassle and expense of the repair, if repair is possible. I don’t even know if it can be repaired, I may just have to purchase a new TV. Again, I advise, do not buy Silo TVs at Wal-Mart.
