Blu-Ray pulls ahead with 70 percent market share
Just while we are starting to get used to choosing either HD-DVD or Blu-Ray in our HD DVD player buying fantasies, it seems that some patterns of adoption are already emerging.
According to TechNewsWorld, “70 percent of the high-definition discs purchased by consumers in the first quarter were in the Blu-ray format, according to trade magazine Home Media. The other 30 percent were HD DVD.”
